Now, Lori shares her journey, empowering audiences to build their own “joy muscle”—to find light even in life’s hardest moments. Her message is clear: joy isn’t a luxury, it’s a life-saving mindset. With heart, humor, and honesty, Lori equips people with the tools to harness joy as a powerful force for healing, resilience, and everyday courage.
