WIFI Mentoring Program

The WIFI Mentoring Program is an adult to adult match of a mentor to a mentee designed to help you grow professionally and personally.

Fall 2024 Cohort - In-Session
Spring 2025- Now accepting applications for mentors and mentees

Who can participate: The program is designed for those who identify as a woman working in the flooring industry. the program is free, but if you would like to support the organization, you can donate to WIFI here.

Time Commitment: The mentoring program is six-month in length. Sessions will be virtual, using video conference software such as Zoom or MS Teams.

Deadline: Applications for the Spring 2025 cohort of mentors and mentees will be taken until Monday, February 10th 2025. Match interviews and training will be held in late February. This cohort of mentee/mentor matches will start in March 2025 and run through August 2025.
