Dalton, Ga. - February 25, 2025 – Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI) is thrilled to announce a powerful lineup of events this Spring, including the SEAL Leadership Training Program WIFI spring cohort, an educational panel at the Abbey and Floors to Go convention on March 13, and two Power Hours - The Art of Storytelling on March 26 and Rock Your LinkedIn Profile on April 29. These events provide unique opportunities for professional growth, networking, and leadership development for women in the flooring industry.

(WIFI) is thrilled to announce the SEAL Leadership Training Program – WIFI Cohort, kicking off in March and running through July. This program is designed to enhance leadership skills, boost self-awareness, and support career growth. The SEAL program is a collaboration between the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) and Lead Every Day. It will be facilitated by Athena Walker, executive and personal transformation coach, who will guide participants through this transformative leadership journey. Thanks to the generous support of donors, WIFI is offering a 66% scholarship to 20 women. This is a unique opportunity to invest in your growth as a leader and advance your career in the flooring industry.

Members’ Keys to Success Summit – Panel Discussion
