Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI) Welcomes Two New Board Members
March 6, 2025 – Dalton, GA – Women In the Floorcovering Industry (WIFI), a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit dedicated to attracting, educating, and empowering women in the flooring industry, is pleased to announce the addition of two accomplished leaders to its board of directors: Dori Blitzstein, vice president of Roesel-Heck, and Danielle Hunsicker, chief operating officer of Diverzify.
Blitzstein, a seasoned executive with a deep passion for professional development, shared, “The talented female leadership of WIFI is an inspirational team and a motivating factor in my career. As a veteran female industry executive, I cherish the relationships and the learning that WIFI provides and believe this affinity group creates touch points for females at all levels across all segments of floorcovering. I hope to contribute to making an impact in empowering, teaching, and affecting the growth and confidence of all industry females by encouraging their involvement in this meaningful community.”
Hunsicker, a strong advocate for mentorship and leadership development, shared, “What I value most about WIFI is its commitment to building a powerful community that fosters connection, growth, and leadership among women across all segments of our industry. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that mentorship, collaboration, and shared knowledge can have in advancing women in flooring. I’m honored to join the WIFI board and look forward to contributing to its mission - empowering women, strengthening our industry, and creating more opportunities for the next generation of female leaders.”
With the addition of Blitzstein and Hunsicker, WIFI continues to expand its leadership team, ensuring a strong foundation for the organization’s ongoing initiatives in education, mentorship, and professional development.
